As you can imagine as a pet parent you want to ensure safest travels for your furry baby specially when it is a long flight. I choose Maheera Logistics (Vikram) after having an initial discussion. I was very nervous before but after speaking to Vikram I got the confidence that polo can be easily relocated to United Kingdom. The entire journey went off extremely smoothly, from paper work to arranging pet clearance partner in UK, end to end services were provided. Vikram was extremely diligent and on top of all tasks. He prepared check lists and raised documents requests well in advance such that nothing is delayed. He also provided assistance for the Titer tests which required blood samples of my pet to be sent from India to UK, such that my pet would not have to be quarantined on arrival. This was very very helpful. Lastly, he was kind to understand the need for a pet parents to watch their pet even from a distance and I received photographs before polo was boarded by the airline.
